CAT develops her own classes drawing from her martial arts, boxing and general fitness background.
Some of her best liked classes are Bootcamp, Power Kickboxing, Kettlebells and Women Warriors.
She has been an instructor for 10 years teaching at local gyms, martial arts schools and out of her own studio. She is knowledgeable in personal training and nutrition and is always there to advise her students on how to improve their overall wellness plan.
CAT is CPR/AED Certified and holds black belts in Shaolin Kempo Karate, Kensho-Ryu Karate and Mixed Martial Arts.
Boot Camp for Women An intense 30 minute workout that will increase your strength and endurance! Improve your overall fitness! In this highly imaginative total body workout you will use props and weights, along with continuous, intense movements, that will help you redesign your body into one that is toned!

T2 for Women An intense 20 inute class that “Terminates Tush & Tummy” that follows bootcamp!

Women Warriors Shape up your arms by performing cuts, blocks & strikes with replica Samurai Swords (bokens) and Philopino Escrima Sticks.

Kettlebells No longer does weight training have to be rigid and boring! Kettlebell workouts are one of the oldest forms of muscle conditioning! Using 8 to 26 lb Kettlebells this class will challenge your muscles and tone your core! Simple moves like the Swing, the Clean and the Dip will get your body working in minutes!
